You may already be doing fantastic work and want to bring some new thinking in to make it even better. Either way, we work closely with you, and with the people your programme is for, to identify the outcomes you are aiming for and to design something that fits your community and holds up in the real conditions it has to work in, evidenced with data and with stories. We use rapid ethnography and creative, participatory methods to understand how a service is really experienced, so what we design with you is built on how people actually live, not assumptions about them.

A recent example: The Doorway
We co-developed an alumni peer support programme with The Doorway, an organisation supporting young people who have experienced homelessness, working from the initial scope through to a successful grant application that funded the work. We designed it with the young people it is for, so the programme fits their lives and carries their ideas.
