Engagement and Impact

We help people have better conversations about the work that matters to them. That might mean bringing communities, staff, partners or people with lived experience together to shape services, test ideas, learn from what is happening, or build shared ownership for change.

Our approach is rooted in what we call designed informality. In practice, that means creating spaces that feel relaxed, welcoming and human, but are still carefully thought through. We pay attention to the things that help people take part properly: how they are invited, how the room feels, how conversations begin, where power sits, and how people’s ideas are carried forward afterwards.

This could be through community forums, learning events and stakeholder workshops, co-design sessions or skills-building work where we develop curriculum and facilitate learning workshops/professional development training.
